1) Do you Ship Internationally? 

Due to changes following the UK’s exit from the EU, we have made the difficult decision to stop all international sales. However, if you live overseas, there may still be a solution for you. Many of our international customers successfully use freight forwarding services to receive our products. Some popular options include Forward2Me, UK Postbox, and MyUKMailbox.

Please note that we have no affiliation with these services and cannot guarantee their performance. It is the customer’s responsibility to choose a reliable service and to understand their policies, as we are unable to support international returns or issues related to these shipments.

2) Why do my bottles have different volume levels despite being the same size on the label?

We ensure that every bottle contains at least the minimum volume stated on the label. Sometimes, we include a little extra in the samples, so the levels may vary slightly. Rest assured, you will always receive at least the amount you paid for, even if the bottles are not all perfectly level.
