How Many Reward Points Do I Earn?

You typically receive 2.5 Reward Points for every £1 you spend. Occasionally, we run special promotions where the points rate increases. To ensure you’re earning points, you need to have a registered account and be logged in at the time of purchase.

What Value do My Points Hold, and Are There Usage Restrictions?

Each Reward Point is worth £0.01 off your purchase. We impose no limitations on the usage of your points – you have the freedom to use as many or as few as you desire.

How Can I Check My Points Balance?

You can find your current Reward Points balance by logging into your account. From the account dashboard, there are two ways to see your points total. Either click the ‘points’ shortcut on the left-hand navigation column, or use the status button directly on the dashboard. Either will lead you to the ‘My Points’ screen, showing your current points balance, the purchases linked to these points, and the number of points each purchase earned.

How Do I Use My Points?

Redeeming your Reward Points is easy. Your total points and the equivalent discount value are displayed at the top of the checkout page. Click the ‘apply discount’ button and you’ll be prompted to enter the number of points you wish to convert into a discount. You can convert any or all of your points – there’s no obligation to use them all at once.
